Our association does not discriminate in any way about the ethnic origin, belief, political opinion, gender, sexual orientation and age of the applicant. To be a consultant, we have to be a university graduate and working. But we are not obligated to undergo counseling training. Our consultants consist of people who have achieved success in their fields and have experience. Our consultants offer their own experiences on the issues consulted. We ask candidates to fill out a consultant application form. In line with the answers given in this form and after an online interview if necessary, we evaluate the application together with the managers of the association.
